Sekedar tambahan.
Biasanya bank sudah ada Notaris rekanan dan tarif jasa Notaris. Jika kita tidak bisa ganti notaris, minta Tolong bank utk nego dgn alasan biaya nya kemahalan. Biasanya bank mau membantu kita utk nego dgn Notaris.
