  Kemarin saya ada transaksi jual rumah, pembelinya mau KPR. Biasanya saya baru serah kunci pada saat KPR disetujui, Kemarin pembelinya mau cepat makanya saya serahkan kunci pada saat DP, dan saya bikin perjanjian apabila KPR tidak disetujui maka DP dijadikan uang sewa atau hangus. Memang repot klu KPR diproses cuma rumah sdh diserah terima bro Legiang.Saya pernah beli rumah karena mau disita bank... hari ini deal ternyata besok batas waktu akan disita..  yang saya lakukan mengecek ke bank, biasanya setelah pelunasan sisa kredit bank perlu waktu untuk penyerahan sertifikat asli dan surat roya dari bank, karena itu saya negosiasi dengan pihak bank, agar dapat diatur penyerahan tersebut bersamaan antar penjual dengan saya.. sertifikat ditangan langsung deh barengan dianter ke notaris untuk dibuat pengikatan klu merasa tidak aman. Lumayan dapet harga discount 50 persen dari harga 6 bulan lalu wkk... ya mau dapet murah mesti sabar..
