Assalamualaikum barangkali para suhu ada yang bisa bantu ane informasi kebetulan ane punya kav tanah 700m2 mau ane pecah2 kav ukuran 66m2 6 unit kav mau ane jual dg bangunannya lokasi daerah seputaran cimanggis depok pertanyaannya :
1. apakah perlu ada ijin ipr/lksi?
2. utk imbnya/sertfkt langsung dipecah?
